Yoga and Meditation Class Descriptions
Hatha Gentle Yoga, 5 week session starting Friday, November 30- December 28th, 2018
9:30 am-10:45 am
Class starts with seated meditation and pranayama breath work.
This class will focus on both yin asanas- longer holds combined with more yang, heat producing asanas to increase flexibility, range of movement, strength, and balance.
Private family yoga/meditation (variable on numbers of family members and number of sessions)
