Yoga and Meditation Class Descriptions
Gentle/Yin Yoga, Fridays 9:30-10:45 am
Start your morning with a gentle/ yin yoga class.
One week we will work on gentle yoga asanas to improve flexibility, balance, focus and strength. Next week will be Yin yoga class which is holding a yoga asana for a few minutes to let the muscles and fascia release. 6 week classes 1 week gentle, next week yin.
