Yoga and Meditation Class Descriptions
Gentle Yoga, 6 week session starting Friday, September 7 through Friday, October 12th, 2018 -9:30-10:45 am
Class starts with seated meditation followed by different series of yoga asanas that help flexibility, ease of movement and balance.
