Yoga and Meditation Class Descriptions
Choose from yoga flow, gentle yoga with meditation that incorporate meditative and pranayama breath work.
*New! Gentle Yoga, Mondays 9:30-10:30 am starting, February 12th, 2018
Begin with a longer meditation followed by a gentle yoga practice where you stretch and lengthen to a comfortable place, finding your edge and being still, holding poses longer.
Flow Yoga, Tuesdays 9:30-10:30 am
Mixed level. Begin with a meditation followed by a mixed level class focused on alignment and yoga flow series to challenge balance, strength and flexibility.
Gentle Yoga, Fridays 9:30-10:45 am
Start your morning with a gentle yoga class. Begin with meditation followed by yoga asanas to improve flexibility, balance, focus and strength.
