MINDFULNESS MEDITATION CLASS, outside, starting May, 2021- Place TBA

Wednesday’s, 5:30-6:00 pm (Eastern)

Begin with a couple of stretches, centering breath work and then a guided meditation.

$5 or what you can give, free if financial hardship.

GENTLE YOGA & MINDFULNESS CLASS Fridays, 9:00-10:00 am (Eastern) On Zoom, In Person

Limited to 4 people in studio, Covid vaccinated

Class starts with mindfulness meditation followed a series of yoga asanas aimed to increase strength, balance, mobility and a sense of calm. Classes include learning how to connect with the breath.
