Flow Yoga, Tuesdays 9:30-10:30 am
Mixed level. Begin with a meditation followed by a mixed level class focused on alignment and yoga flow series to challenge balance, strength and flexibility.
Gentle Yoga, Fridays 9:30-10:45 am
Start your morning with a gentle yoga class. Begin with meditation followed by yoga asanas to improve flexibility, balance, focus and strength.

- Classes usually are 6 week sessions, different payment options including:
3 Classes per week, 6 week session $144 (5 weeks sessions $118)
2 Classes per week, 6 week session $96 (5 week sessions $80)
1 Class per week, 6 week session $60 (5 week session $50)
Drop in $20
Private practice $80 p. hour
Private family yoga/meditation (variable on numbers of family members and number of sessions)
* If you start in middle of 6 week session, you can pay for the rest of session minus the class you have missed.
